If I understand your story correctly, you are suffering intermittent hydraulic issues with your clutch, even after you replaced the master cylinder back around January?
And you have also been experiencing fluid loss as shown in the reservoir?
You should probably intensify your search for a leak; the slave is one great place to look. This might require placing paper or something under the car when not driven.
You can also suffer fluid loss from the master cylinder dribbling into the passenger compartment. And the line between master and slave may have degraded sections that are seeping. But I'll bet the source of the leak is the slave.
I suffered a problem a couple of years ago on my 87 turbo where the slave O-ring was intermittently twisting on the slave piston. I'd suffer an alarming amount fluid loss (while still retaining a functioning clutch) and then suddenly, the problem would disappear for weeks before beginning again. I replaced the slave and the problem disappeared.
Find the leak! And start prepping for the slave replacement.
