Oops (Rick Perry). I though you were referring to the clutch MC until I re-read your post (brake MC). A couple of beers may have befuddled me. The following is for the clutch MC. I would have deleted it, but not sure how to do this according to the edit process.
But, in my experience and according to this board, there is evidence of leaking in the driver's foot-well (the back side of the MC) about 65% (not really sure where I got that percentage!) of the time.
Maybe investigate HOW your indi is bleeding the system. Is he reverse bleeding? If not, sometimes "milking" the line from the MC to the reservoir will dislodge air bubbles in the line that might otherwise be forced into the MC.
Replacing the clutch MC is pretty cheap and fairly easy to do. Got a Bentley? Give yourself an hour and a half to replace it and a half hour to bleed it.
