Normally you want all cylinders to have numbers that are closer together, but I wouldn't panic with what you have there. More importantly, how does it run? What is the story on this engine? If it's been sitting for ages or poorly maintained then changing the oil and plugs and tuning it up and then driving it for a while might get those numbers to line up better. The rings may be a little jammed up and might come free with some coaxing. You should do a wet and dry compression test to determine whether some valves are leaking a little or if the low cylinder's rings are more worn than the others. If this is a car you are considering buying the test drive will tell more than those numbers. Get it good and warm and see how it rolls. 200,000 miles isn't a lot on a B202, they'll do that and a lot more.
