The BBS RKII is a two-piece wheel with bolts holding the two parts together. The wheel pictured looks to me to be one of those wheels that's going for the two-piece (or three piece) look without going through that pesky trouble of actually making it that way.

The BBS RKII and other high-end wheels like it are the reason that those fake rivets became popular.

Most wheels can be made to fit whatever center cap you want, though some openings lend themselves to direct fitment. I wouldn't read anything into those wheels having been seen with Saab center caps. I'd look for official Saab press photos with a set like that to see if they were ever a Saab option. The following link has a pretty complete listing of Saab wheels over the years:
