Saablover, it's hard for me to imagine a motor mount problem moving the engine and thus the exhaust enough at the front end of the car to make the exhaust move so much way back at the rear that it's contacting the car.
I think you'll find some piece of the exhaust is not twisted the way it should be and thus sitting too close to the body, or a hanger is missing or way too soft.
You should be able to wiggle the tail pipe and look up and see where it's hitting, and where it should sit to make that not happen. Loosen and move the last joint, or if needed some joint further forward, so it can't hit.
