You are correct. I pulled the 019 off the '93 turbo and checked. The outlets are the same diameter. The smaller diameter inlet section of the 013 is the same as the 019 but the section with the tab (where it joins the airbox) is much larger. The smaller diameter section is pretty short to make a good connection. From the looks of it, modifying the airbox joint or converting to a later model airbox (if possible) seems easier than turning down the 013. In the end, finding a proper 019 might be the best choice.
