1992 900 Turbo Blue.I am 39 and wrenched on my first cars (78 99 and 84 900 Turbo... back in the 80's and early 90's from age 15 - 19. not touched wrench since.. until last year. then came accross this 92 with 100 K on the clock and $16,000 of shop receipts over last 8 years 1 mile from my house. and thrashed interior. so I bought it and am making it look like the old school catalogs. here is what I have done (otherwise stock)
- Swedish Dynamics apc
- DIY short shifter(Kurbads)
- 9000 aero front seats on original c900 frames (so they flip forward) Passenger only.. did not mod drivers side.. actually both passenger seats in like new condition(JB weld working great)..Lay-z passenger seat heat.. interrupt switch in the center concole for full on full off.
- Refinished aero rims from a '96 9000t
- S96 9000 aero steering wheel and clockspring
- black door card covers ( the swed stuff)
- Volt & OIl pressure guages.
- E-Code H4 headlights (chinese ones)
- Black floor mats w/ blue logos

Purchased but not installed:
- SPG9 Advanced Ignition Diaphragm (AID): (came accross one so purchased .. dont have insturctions know how to install yet.. help?)
- Axle Relo Kit.. ( dont know when I will install or have shop install)
- Steel diff cover (Kurbads)
- Reverse gear Towsend fix ( only issue w/ car is will pop out of revers on Hard uphill reverse accelleration.

I am 30-45 minutes at a shot guy.. for interior wiring / vacuum hoses, tune ups, etc. I take all major mechanical work to a shop.

I bought the car for $2k with airbag light on and inop reverse lights. I am in it about $5k now. A lot of fun. and reminds me of my youth.. Radio Flyer .. we should connect.. sounds like we have similar rides. as a kid I pulled ingines , etc. cant deal w/ that now.
