I can argue that the reverse gears seem to be one of the real issues here. I know that Cmyles has been searching an economic solution for a long time. And, I wouldn't argue that the lack of good shift forks will eventually do us all in.
#8 Question for Ziggles -- is your machining source planning on offseting the gear teeth on each row like the OE sprockets? If you look axially down the the rows of teeth, they are not in a line, but offset or clocked so that when a load is applied, they sequentially pick up like a relay team the load to the chain. Hope that is not too confusing.
