I don't want to throw too big a wrench at this, but those Goodridge lines aren't designed for pulsing pressures. The wall thickness of the OE equipment is set so that when you have multiple bar of fuel pressure, it will force the mechanical injector to operate in the way it was designed.
By the nature of those "flimsy" lines, they allow the pump pressure to cycle a signal of pressure that will suddenly release the spring pressure on the injector and result in a false delivery of fuel.
I can vouch this from three expert sources who specialize in Bosch CIS fuel delivery systems, one formerly from Bosch, a 930 Porsche turbo fuel system specialist, and of course, Brad.....
Now, having said all that, those Goodridge lines would OK for the warm up regulator side of the CIS system as they are thin wall and the pulsing pressure to the injectors are different than the warm up regulator pressure needs.
I was talking with Bill Schultz earlier about offering you the Saab OE lines he saved back after Katrina and sent to me -- I think he may still have some as well. They are lightweight and could be shipped up to Canada via US mail, so not a ton of money for shipping. Just a thought -- you've got my email address, and I think Bill has sent you a message as well. I think I have one of each line, and not sure what Bill has left over.
I'm not using the OE lines as we built new ones from the correct material made by Cohline, same as the Bosch stuff in geometry. The Goodrich stuff is flexible and thin wall surrounded by braiding. Expands internally ( dilates ) as I explained earlier.
Between those three CIS experts, my 8 valve got almost 240 HP.
