They don't have a pattern on-hand but can build one based on the pattern.
The problem is, if I'm going to go custom, I want to increase the capacity of the cooler, not just replicate stock. Saabs were not made for Miami summer: it keeps them on the brink of overheating continually.
But, I added landjet's search to google and found on youtube a guy messing with putting the 900 radiator into a Subaru, and his video has this spec info, which I'm putting here for the archives (hopefully this 4th hand data is correct):
Overall length, 26 3/8 in.
Height, excluding mounting brackets: 13 9/16 in.
Height, including mounting brackets: 15 3/4 in.
Core thickness, at widest point (end tanks): 2 in.
Core thickness, thinnest point: 1 7/16 in.
Overall thickness, including hose connectors: 3 13/16 in.
Hose connector I.D.: 1 1/16 in.
Measurements taken from an OE radiator, p/n 7549298, which is the Turbo model.
