I stuffed a thick-plastic deflated beach ball into my hood intake…but alas, that was not enough…and the mice have trashed the interior of my barn queen 1993 900T…still sitting in the barn.
mouse poop and piss have made it stink so bad…
I took two boxes of dryer sheets, and about a 1/4gal of gas in an open container, and have these sitting in the car to both kill the smell and to deter further ingress. I don't think its going to help.
I'd place a sheet of thin metal over the intake before you push the hood down.
