sorry its a 91 does not have the oil in tubes anybody else have any ideas. I drove the car for about an hour after I which able to get the boost back up to normal and the car drove just fine no other issues. I've been driving for almost 20 years and working on them I have never seen the lift her sister all of a sudden start making that much noise. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with that one way check valve coming off of the crankcase not being there for the last three to five years what would that cause if that was not there. like I said in my first post I am going to check the oil pressure tomorrow, you do take the sensor out of the oil housing and put the gauge in there don't you? What should the oil pressure actually read 40, 50,60 what would normal be considered for an engine that has a hundred sixty thousand miles on it.thanks
