The vacuum hose diagram should be on the drivers side inner fender.
FWIW, when you're replacing vacuum hoses, the safest procedure is to replace them one at a time so the routing doesn't get mixed up - take one end of the hose off, attach the new hose to the vacuum nipple, follow the old hose to the other end, take it off, cut the new hose and attach it to that vacuum nipple.
The one that's tricky is the vacuum hose from the nipple on the side of the intake manifold to the boost gauge and pressure sensor - you have to take off the lower dash to get to them.
The most reasonable place I've found for vacuum hose (you'll want 3 mm hose for most of it) is that online auction site that begins with an e.
