The big Napa store near me did not have them in stock but they did have a bunch of screw grommets that were similar and a catalog full of order-able ones. I chose a square one that was in stock. They worked well but were tough to insert into the panel holes until I scraped away some of the excess from the recent re-paint.

Here is a source which lists several that appear to be the correct ones and they are inexpensive in quantity. Just have to choose the right size.

Seems there are a plethora of body moulding screw grommet inserts out there. The Saabit kit seems good except for the cost and international shipping hassles.

The Carlsson aero arch moldings are waiting for you...
