If you see oil under the belt pulley area it's usually the crank pulley seal. One of those $15 for parts and $400 for labor jobs. Verify it's engine oil or power steering fluid. I usually crawl under the car with a flashlight. You can usually verify the souce by looking. Another common leak back there is the power steering feed hose where it clamps onto the power steering pump. The hose often gets hard there and shrinks. From underneath grab the hose near the pump and see if the hose can be turned by hand. Yes, we know it's a greasy mess down there. Sometimes just tightening the hose clamp can buy quite a bit of time.
