I've had to replace the radiator in most of my cars. I blame it on Prestone. My 87T with a new radiator would run about 4 o'clock. On a hot day in traffic it would get around 5. On this topic I have a thin observation about gauge calibration. On my 2.1 cars the gauge runs at 5. I recently switched instrument clusters on my 91T to a 92T cluster. The temp gauge went from 4 to 5 when I did that. Both my 9-3's run right at 5. I was wondering if Saab changed the calibration on the temp gauge before they went to the ng 900 cars.
