Saab managed to do it and do it well. But even with a single wire it seems with a hand crimping tool I have trouble getting squeeze enough to get a good joint.
I'd consider, if I were you, soldering a short piece of heavier gage wire to the remains of your crimp terminal (wrap it around and squeeze it with pliers. Clean the brass up first.) Then crimp a single big ring terminal onto that piece of wire.
Or else solder all the wires into a ring terminal instead of or along with crimping.
Local hardware stores often have drawers of electrical stuff that I think would include ring terminals big enough. Or if you're lucky there's an electronics parts distributor near you.
