Power steering belt removal

I am in the process of replacing alternator bushings on my 94 convertible. That part of the job is going ok so far. I would like to change the alternator belts while I'm at it as they are getting old and got a little chewed up from misalignment due to bad bushings. I have the Bentley manual and am trying to loosen the power steering pump bracket bolt shown as #1 on page 644-5 in fig.12., so I can get all the belts off. It appears to be an 8mm bolt/stud with a nut that takes a 13mm spanner. Can't for the life of me get it to budge. Hitting it with PB blaster several times daily for past several days. Cautiously applying heat as well. Even with a breaker bar and 13mm 6point socket, it won't go, and I don't want to break it off, which I could easily do. Any thoughts or suggestions? Note: the AC compressor etc has been removed from my car, so at least that's not in my way.
