2 seals: the oil seal that goes around the rotating driver shaft, and the o-ring that goes in the groove of the driver housing. Both can be bought from Eeuroparts.
You can drain the oil either by opening the "gearbox drain" which is a 12mm hex on later cars and a 3/8" square drive on early cars (or if you have a really later car (post '90 I think) you won't have a gearbox drain). If you don't have a gearbox drain plug, you can approach it one of two ways. Way #1: Drain out the oil from a side or back cover plate (back plate will get the most oil out), which requires undoing all sorts of bolts and then you run into the possibility of needing a new gasket for the cover plate. Way #2: Just take the driver housing off to do the repair, but put a drain pan under it and let the oil gush out. Less work, possibly slightly more messy.
The snap ring (circlip) isn't necessary to replace. It is a little deep in there, so you might need snap ring pliers, although the first time I did one I didn't have any snap ring pliers so I did it with some screwdrivers, nails, and other detritus. I think it took me a few tries.
You can replace the bearing if you want. I always do it, but this bearing isn't under a lot of load so it probably doesn't matter. You can also get the bearing from Eeuro. You can punch it out with a hammer and punch, and install the new one the same way. Even a hammer and screwdriver would probably work. It's not in there that hard.
