The vert windshields are glue-in type. Saab has a special window seal for the cars. They are not readily available in the states, so your glass guy will likely recommend a "universal" seal. I would not do that if you are restoring a car, do it right. The seal is available through Skandix (link below)and is quite expensive. If you have full-glass coverage, your insurance may cover the cost. Worth looking into. If you are concerned about rust, be sure that your glass guy touches up the scratches that will certainly happen when they pull the old windshield. Weather they use the cutting wire technique or the cutting tool, you will inevitably end up with some paint removal around the window frame--not the visible part, but what will be hidden by the seal.
As long as you get the same color 9000 seats they should drop right in. Personally, I'd look for any seat that is the same color in really good shape weather it is a 900 or 9000 seat. Unless you are fitting 9000 Aero seats, the difference is negligible.
