Thanks again everybody. I'm waiting for the whacker's insurance adjuster before trying to open the hood, but I'm not seeing any significant lateral dislocation of the bumper.

Here's a new set of pix mostly displaying the PS hood/fender/bumper details; the view towards the radiator when the DS headlight assembly is pulled (all the plastic mounting points are broken clean off, and the last two showing (from underneath) the DS bumper strut, skewed somewhat to the left (facing the grille) alright, while the last frame is of the PS bumper strut which doesn't seem to be skewed at all.

I'm willing to come down to NOLA if that where I have to to get the parts, maybe via KC so how can we best remain in touch? I've heard of a couple of c900s in a wrecking yard about 50mi from here so I'll see what I can see nearby first. Otherwise, laissez les bon temps rouler!
