I am going to sign in on this and perhaps sound like Ziggy, (whom I have not heard from in a while). As temperatures INCREASE wwire resistance INCREASES. So conversely as it get colder the copper wire resistance should decrease. The resistance of semi conductors do the opposite when cold.they increase. So one, clean all your grounds, Look and listen for spark arcing in the. the dark as someone tries to start it. Once you use the start fluid, you eliminate fuel flow, so if start fluid won't get a firing engine , then its anything from a weak battery, to loose connections to a bad, spark, magnifier, ECU, distributor rotor, hall sensor, or any other wire in the harness that controls spark or fuel flow.
