Maybe check what the lowering kits are lowering relative to? Eg, looking on eeuroparts, they give this information for the installation info of Skandix 1013185 (Lesjofors/Kilen):
Saab 900: Turbo 20 mm lower, Non-Turbo 40mm lower
You might be able to compare with the original SPG spec vs the turbo to figure out where the stance will end up.
I don't have an SPG, but I'm considering getting cargo springs (progressive) for our better c900 such that the rear ride height will be less load dependent. Moog makes a set that many here have used and liked. I *really* want to do the same for our 9-5 actually, as it is really problematic with load (tire eating etc), but it is much harder to find suitable springs for that purpose, I guess in part due to the rear suspension design in that car.
