I believe the current pricing is $175 per unit repair shipping not included.
Injection labs is an interesting place of knowledge, carriers of ancient CIS knowledge and application. I started visiting with them regarding the CIS Bosch systems used on Porsche about 5 years ago, as we had to use an improvement on the racecar fuel system, but still use period equipment for compliance rules and regs on the class we were running in. It's interesting that Saab 99 fuel pumps carry the same Bosch part number as a Porsche 930 turbo for example. So, with the help of Kevin, and also working with another one of the CIS Bosch guys who were involved in the racing world, we came up with ideas on how to get the fuel distributors and warm up regulators to deliver more fuel.
I guess for me it was that tribal knowledge and the help on the CIS that told me they would be able to hand something like the bottle rocket science of the AMM. It's really about the air flow quality measuring capability and of course what they did inside the unit, improving on the wire material, etc etc etc.
So, I ended up as an unintended consequence of starting with CIS and then comparing notes with Cmyles and others as Noel mentioned about fixing the undulating voltage AMM problems. I can only hope that they keep doing this kind of service......
