OK, you need to find out what is going on. AFIK, verts (due to increased body flex) came with the softer stock springs rather than SPG springs which are stiffer/lower. But, you've already got non-stock performance parts on there and the bigger wheels/tires so a definite chance they monkeyed with the suspension too. That said, unless your exhaust system is dangling, no way it should be dragging with 200# in the back seat even if lowered. I'm with the tires rubbing theory. Your solution is SAS spring spacers and/or aftermarket heavy duty progressive springs. Neither are very expensive and an easy backyard mechanic afternoon job. The rear axle relocation will help but that is another task with some custom parts or modifications. Easiest, cheapest, quickest first step is the spacers.
