As developer and producer of this kit, I can be of some assistance I hope.
Core charges:
Flywheel core (you return your stock flywheel for core refund)
Injector core, the kit uses rebuilt T5 injectors, you can either source some used injectors to send back as a core, or you'd eat that charge which is something like $40.
ECU core, Any Trionic 5 ECU can be sent back for the core return.
The wiring harness is a direct replacement for the factory LH harness. Everything plugs in and bolts to the same place. If it is an early 900, a wire or two may need to be spliced into the dash harness, but 89+ cars, everything plugs right in and ECU mounts to exact same location.
Map sensor can be positioned in a variety of locations anywhere in reach of a vacuum hose and the harness plug. Different configurations may want slightly different positions. The Air Temp sensor is slightly trickier. Ideally it should get mounted to the IC pipe before the throttle body. Also depending on year you may have a cast iron or aluminum IC hose. You would want to have a 10x1.25mm bung welded to that. The mass airflow sensor can stay or be replaced. Depends on your intake setup. ECU Tune is setup for the 2L turbo but we also have a 2.1L non turbo dyno-tuned as well (I've converted a few N/As).
There are DIYs Guides , Photo Instructions and Part Identification guides available in pdf form.
Feel free to email me directly with any other questions or concerns. I just randomly was checking SAABnet when I happened to see this!
