The 45 series would not likely be a problem as the profile is so thin, it helps the case of rubbing, just makes it ride like a lumberwagon, and hard on the wheels.
Dropping yet another 30mm would then make the panhard bar push the body to the right, so the inner left hand flare would likely touch on bumps. If you do the relocation and get a proper panhard bar that is adjustable, then the chassis can be set up, the wheels don't interfere and it "looks" correct rather than offset from the factory wheelbase issue.
What I like to see is when the car gets on the alignment machine, and you can dial it in with an adjustable panhard to push the body to where it is supposed to go, and to make the track square. The real test is driving it and finding out how well it handles -- that is when the grin comes on one's face :-)
