I have a 79' 900 and I am replacing the old style taillight housings and lenses with the newer style taillights.I cant seem to get the dang things to operate correctly. Old style has four bulbs, new style has 3.the wires are easy to tell where they go due to there lengths . But i cant seem to get all my functions to work correctly. brake lights don't work at all, left blinker goes super fast and doesn't work when brakes are applied.I know others have done this so any help would be great. thanks
