Hello,
The PPI importance depends on your expectations for the car and what you may have budgeted for expected and unexpected repairs. A PPI will allow someone to check out the condition of the car and possible known problem areas as well as any other thing agreed upon. Ofcourse skipping it could loose the car. Hopefully if you skip it the seller properly represented the car and no ticking time bomb is getting close to presenting itself. Ofcourse the ticking time bomb may have or may not have been caught during a PPI. Good luck with your quest. Help save a Saab. Bernie
