Get a flare crowfoot wrench and an extension with a wobble end. IIRC the flare nut size is 13 mm.
Loosen the master cylinder to make it easier to position the flare nut so it can be threaded in with your fingers (it helps to have skinny arms to get into the available space.)
Once you have it threaded in, and everything is in position, everything that has been loosened can be tightened. You can use the crowfoot flare on the extension to tighten the flare nut.
Be careful to have the new hose in the proper position under all of the various wires and lines before you start.
