I assumed that's what you did and just wanted to be sure. If you still have your Jetronic harness, you could just fish the individual wire+diode out and use that. The advantage of using the Eeuro harness would be - if I understand it correctly - it will also tie back in the T5 ECM so it can account for the compressor being on, just like LH does. If you can hit up a junkyard, you could grab a pigtail from a T5 ECM connector and make your own harness pretty easily... I had to do something similar since Eeuro's harness doesn't support the evap purge valve, and I needed to run it. Of course, interfacing with T5 is not expressly necessary I suppose, but it should lead to better drivability.
