From the Skandix website:

The 35mm Lowering of Lesjöfors coils refers to the standard model without sport suspension.
Saab 900: Aero and 16S cars are 20 mm lower
Saab 99: Vehicles with turbo are 20 mm lower

That being said they don't give you the free length of these lowering springs so it's anyone's guess which spring they are going off of when they say it's 35mm/20mm lower.

The lowering springs on eEuro are from Skandix but manufacture appears to be Lesjofors/Kilen.

Skandix does have 2 sets of coil springs options for the front; 385mm and 355mm. So one of them is 20mm lower (ish). And 335mm for the only rear option.

The closest I got was (Bentley 731-5) 388mm-35mm gives me 353mm about 35mm lower then Saab standard and if I subtract 20mm from the Saab standard low option of 372mm I'll get 352mm mm which is a few mm less then Skandix is claiming.

Again, the 35mm lowering kit is made by Lesjofors/Kilen not Skandix and we don't seem to know the free length of those.

I installed the Suplex rear coils coming in at 300mm (close to stock for my 92 turbo?) I doubt its a subtraction of 35mm or 20mm on the rear end. The Skandix rear coils are 335mm which is 24mm to 42 mm higher (not lower) then original springs.(Bentley 732-5).

The rear spring spacer at Swedish Auto Specialist is 1/2" or about 12.7mm to you and me. That would bring my Suplex 300mm rear coil springs to 312.7mm. 1.7mm more then Saab recommends for the left rear (311mm) and...

Math sure is fun!
