With big clutch replacement jobs, it's easy to just replace everything all at once and you've got a new benchmark as to when things may start failing.
If it were me, I'd note the time passed and/or mileage.
If your master wasn't showing signs of failure, you COULD keep going with it and then replace when that time comes. Swapping out the master isn't really a big deal with the engine in the car (while it IS a little easier with the engine out). **EDIT UPDATE: I've never worked inside an empty 9000 engine bay, so I'm not really sure how easy it is for a 9000 **END UPDATE
If you want to do the complete system reset, throw a new cylinder in there and spend your energies on other things.
