Your firing order may be off. To check if the 2, 3 plugs are firing, pull a plug and leave it connected to the distributor and ground it on the car somewhere. Turn the car over and look for spark. If it's sparking, it may just be connected to the wrong socket on the distributor and is out of sequence with the injector. Black plugs usually mean a rich condition. So it could also be your injectors aren't flow-matched, you are trying to ignite gas that's not atomized properly, or the spark is firing at the wrong time.
IIRC, firing order is 1-3-4-2. The number one lead goes on the upper right socket when looking at the dizzy from the front of the car. The distributor goes counter-clockwise, so #3 lead is top left and so on.
