Like Saabina said, is it rusty? I guess the next question would be is the tranny still working well?

If it is not rusty, all that stuff can be fixed. I guess if you have body damage and live in a rust inducing climate, you's be wise to fix that stuff asap. There's not too many of these anymore so they are worth keeping if you can, or pass along to someone who can (eg through TSN Classifieds).

Power windows can be as simple as cleaning the switch contacts in the center console unit... that's pretty easy to do if you're a little careful about how things come apart and go back together.

If you have a bentley manual, there are wiring diagrams. Probably just a connector off or loose for the defrost. You can probably get another eq off ebay or here. You might have to be patient to find one, but they exist.

Radiator is no biggie. Change the tstat, temp switch, hoses, etc and switch to zerex g05 while you're at it.

The rack is a lot of work, but may be easier if it is done in conjunction with other repairs you may have (or vice versa, do other repairs while it is out)...

If the car is seriously rusting and the transmission is going, that's the point at which it becomes pointless to throw money at it because you will spend way more to make it right than to just find a nicer example. Everything else is no big deal.
