i hung par36 holders below the bumper. i wired the stock fog light switch to turn on the relay that turns on the par36 bulbs. the power to the par36 bulbs is from the battery w/ an inline fuse. the relay has two outputs and each one went to one par36 bulb. the par36 bulb was grounded to the car. the bulb i put in the par36 holders was GE H7604 aircraft landing light bulb rated at 110,000 cp i don't dare turn them on when anybody is around. they light up signs a mile away and light up the pavement for a 1/4 mile. so at 60 mph you have illuminated pavement for 15 seconds before you get there. So i made my own aftermarket light setup.
have fun
