I always rebuild Posted by Notnoel [Email] (#23) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Notnoel) on Wed, 18 Dec 2019 08:11:56 In Reply to: Experience with Centric clutch slave ?, Roger D [Profile/Gallery] , Wed, 18 Dec 2019 04:45:47 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
it's so cheap and so easy - just one moving part and 2 o-rings. it is helpful that I have a spare so that I have the part rebuilt and ready to go when I am doing the job. there are only two things that can go wrong; 1) bad o-rings - DO NOT buy the green O-rings which will break down and fail after a month or two, and 2)a scarred cylinder or bore. If the current part's metal is damaged, you need a new one, but otherwise a rebuild is the way to go!!
