The adjusters in the calipers seem to be functioning (though I can see how they could be problematic). With the cables detached, I can rotate the disc freely, but applying pressure to the hand brake lever clearly applies clamping force sufficient that I can no longer turn it by hand.
If (when?) the adjusters do fail, what's the solution? Are they replaceable, or does the whole caliper need to be swapped out?
