It's difficult to suggest things as you are running an aftermarket ECM and fuel map, plus other mods. I assume you are trying to get it to run in open loop (throttle wide open) with an AFR around 12?
A couple of questions--- (1) is the split-second unit a piggy-back that modifies the values from the Saab ECM, or have you completely deleted the Saab unit and are running a stand-alone custom ECM? (2) when you are seeing high/lean A/F (15-16) is it running in open loop (so it only uses the custom fuel map values) or still trying to control A/F in closed loop? Do you still have the standard throttle position switch that signals "open loop" when the throttle is wide open? (3) are you using just a wideband O2 with a simulated narrow-band output to control AFR in closed loop, or do you still have the standard narrow band O2 installed as well? (4) are you set up to log the actual fuel injection times, MAF values, etc. and capture them on a PC so you can see what is actually going on? If not, your best bet might be to take the car back to whoever set it up (was that Brad at George's Import?) and have them look at it...
