The ABS material lines are made / supplied through Cohline. They make most of the fuel line connectors, fittings that are destined/used in Bosch components that go on our cars, as well as Volvo, Porsche, Audi, etc. There is a good Porsche supplier in the northeast that has the 6 and 8mm line in bulk, you have to then use a heat source to bend/form the lines.
Personally, I would use a more flexible line ( for the return line ) to go aft of the firewall, but would want to carry a continuous piece all the way through to marry up with a connector in the rear axle bay.
In never quite understood why they put fuel lines in the cabin, seems like a solid line under the car in a special pocket would have been more ideal. Probably worried about corrosion of the line, and the pounding the rally guys subject the cars to.
