1993 900 S fuel pump supplier? Bosch? Walbro? Delphi?

So, I'm the third owner of a Convertible 1993 900 S. The second owner had good documentation of the car, having bought it after it was out of warranty from a dealer. One thing he claims he never replaced was the fuel pump. After owning for twelve years, mine is whining loud enough so you can hear it almost anywhere. A bad sign if I reference my 1988 turbo and 8 valve fuel pump history.
Searching the bulletin board, I find several possible fuel pumps that might be inside that white bucket.
1) Bosch 69579 or 0580453945
2) Walbro 5CA3360
3) Delphi FE0514
Interesting, Walbro lists that fuel pump as the same as later NG 900 series models. Not sure if this is true.
I am trying to avoid the site sponsor $325 fuel pump.
Of note, I found this on eB*y and if its the same Walbro pump inside, I'm wondering if the housing itself fits as well. For $39, it is a steal.

Questions:
1) When I pull the pump, what brand will I find?
2) Will any Bosch, Walbro or Delphi fit?
3) Which brand is more reliable as far as life? I've done this before and it's really a "do it once and do it right job" and then keep a brand new spare on the shelf.
I've read a ton of posts on this, and luckily I don't have a 1989 series. But there seems to be no consensus about what I will find, and what the most reliable replacement would be.
Hopefully someone knows.
