Remove your cooler lines and then cut the swaged caps off with a hacksaw or die grinder. If you slice opposite sides of the caps and then pry them apart the uncut ends will just split. Slit the old hose and remove the end fittings. Install the end fittings into new 3/8" automatic transmission oil cooler hose and secure them with two hose clamps at each fitting. Works great, never had one fail. Don't plug off your cooler circuit, your turbo can pump a lot of heat into the engine oil and cooling is very beneficial.
