I recommend removing the bumper, it will give you improved access to get a large counter wrench on the condenser side fittings. The good new is these are 0-ring fittings, not flare/ interference, so they should break free. The bad news is the fittings are exposed to road slush/salt, so corrosion may be an issue. I guess the usual pb-blaster soaking might help. You can buy new rubber lines for $70 or so, but the hard line from the drier to the condenser is not so easy to replace.
