I purchased a new horn button from the site:

aSaabForever.com

but this was 2 years ago and looks like they only have left-side buttons at the moment.

I kept the broken button that was coming out and have been studying with the idea to re-create the piece in 3d software for a 3d-print version. Or conduct some kind of magic rehabilitation and replace the broken bits with some magical repair improvisation.

It's on my to-do list.

Sorry, no further ideas beyond scouring the web.
