Should I be able to see this diode you're talking about. What I've done so far is made sure there is enough refrigerant in it with professional gauges. I have checked the switch on top of the coolant line it tests good and the switch on top of the evaporator tests good. I have jumped across the connection at the antifrost switch just to see if I can get the compressor to turn on and it did not. Everything was working a couple of weeks ago and I had touched nothing and then I came out got in the car and had no AC and realized the compressor was not turning on I do not have 12 volts that wire to the compressor I'm going to jump her it right now and see if I can get the compressor to turn on.
