I am having trouble with false alarms on this. The car had an add on immobilizer at some point which I removed. There is an extra sensor of some kind connected to the alarm electronics under the rear seat. Photo attached. The chip on it is just an old op-amp.
I have looked at the Burglar alarm wiring diagram in the manual but it is pretty cryptic as the components are not called out.
Does anyone have a pinout/function list. From a bit of googling the alarm looks to be an Alpine ASE-8010. I did not want to just go cutting wires until I had a bit more data.
Thanks!
