Yup. SEM is the way to go. Bumpers by definition take a bit of abuse. Also the passenger side rear bumper extension is prone to having gasoline spilled on it and degrading the finish. I redo the front and rear bumpers about every 4-5 years to keep them looking great. Even if you have a body shop make you up extra, it doesn't have the shelf life to last that long. SEM is the most practical solution (unless your car is a garage queen).
