I did acquire the rubber bushing separately quite a few years ago. I just found it in my box of 5 speed small parts. There isn't a tag on the plastic pouch and I don't see a number on the part itself. I had the same problem you have with a rotten bushing. I got the part, then changed tactics. I could get a center console from PicknPull. They usually didn't charge more if the shift rod with firewall boot was attached to the console. I thusly acquired several shift rods with good bushings and never installed the one I have.
