Engine number (engraved) on the block should tell you that. If it says B202xxxxxxxx it is 2,0 if it says B212xxxxxxxxxit is 2,1. On my 90 LPT from Valmet, serial number is at the front left, around forth cylinder. Not sure if it is at the same place on all blocks.
Also, IIRC, if you look below cyls 2&3, on the oil filter side, just above the gearbox/crankcase join, there should be a "2.1" in white painted raised lettering on the 2.1 block. Memory's a bit hazy because I last had a 2.1 in 2012 or so.
2.1 intake manifold can go on a 2.0 head. Some tuners do this for performance. Your ECU will be mapped for a 2.1 which isn't super far off, so it'll probably run fine. I would imagine so, anyway. I have seen engines run with bigger problems than that. The trouble is I can't say for certain because I can't recall ever hearing of anyone who's done this particular style of swap, retaining the 2.1 electronics with the 2.0 engine.
