Can anyone recommend a general commercially-available glue that succeeds in attaching dash fascia sections that are peeling away from the dashboard plastic (like commonly seen around the center vent and often the glove-box fascia piece)?

I forget the exact brand of glue that I've used in preceding attempts (maybe Gorilla glue) where the attachment generally works but there's so much over-flow around the sides even after careful cleanup that the end-results look pretty sloppy and amateurish.

I don't think I've tried Crazy-Glue yet but I'd like something that dries clear and bonds pretty instantly.

Are there any tricks for this task?
